As I sit here in my room, gazing out at the result of three days of continuous snowfall, sipping my tea, I can't help but to think that the world is a wonderous place. Perhaps it is the blue skies and sunshine that're so rare these days, or perhaps it's merely the result of a good night's sleep; I honestly do not know. What I DO know, however, is that I wish everyone could feel even just a tiny fraction of the contentment i feel at this moment. Faced with this bliss, all sorrow and sadness melts away, and you're left with the truth of Life, the meaning of it, and the sum of the world. Even the question of when this feeling will depart me, does nothing to worsen my mood. Life is here, and Life is now. To live in the past or the future is to throw Life away. In fear of ending this in cliché beyond merit, carpe diem-style, I feel it must be said:

"Yesterday is History. Tomorrow's a Mystery. Today is a Gift. That's why it's called the Present."
